The process
Phase 1: I find out what has brought you, the client to therapy. I focus on listening and reflectively responding to your story. We talk things through and your story is heard from a fresh perspective without judgement. Together we examine your history and history of dealing with problems.
Phase 2: Together we find new ways to deal with problems. We work on identifying your goals and on developing strategies, tools and techniques to achieve them.
Phase 3: In the final phase you should feel more centred and confident about navigating your world and should be able to articulate what has happened and be empowered with skills to move forward.
